Our COMPETE program will start this Summer, June 20th. It is designed for athletes in 6th, 7th or 8th grades. Athletes in the COMPETE program will be introduced to:
– Proper Warm-up Activities
– Agility/Multidirectional Training
– Acceleration and Deceleration Training
– Strength Training, (body weight and additional loads with kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags and
– Work Capacity Training
– Recovery Techniques
