“Paul Kolody is one of the most fun, energetic and enthusiastic coaches I have ever worked with. I have worked very closely with Paul in various aspects of sport: ranging from speed and agility, strength and conditioning and even rehabilitation. Paul understands what it means to be an athlete. It is this knowledge that enables him to break down and explain technique and minute details that make all the difference at elite levels. I know that I can attribute my success in 2010 to some of the work I did with Paul.”

“My name is Carmen Cook and I am currently Coaching Varsity Basketball and Golf at Voorhees High School. I have been coaching for over 25 years in various sports and I have had the privilege to coach several Division 1,2 and 3 athletes. I have also been fortunate to coach several 1,000 point scorers on my basketball teams.
The first thing I do when preparing my new season is call Paul Kolody. He has been instrumental in providing us with the necessary strength, speed and agility training that has made my programs successful. He is very passionate in working with athletes and respected for his ability to get them performing at their highest levels.
His training and traveling with the Sky Blue FC Soccer team and the Somerset Patriots has given him recognition on a National level. To have him available to our community for our athletes is a blessing. Paul stays current on the latest technology and training methods to give his athletes an edge in their respective sports. He immediately gets the attention of his athletes by demanding that they perform each repetition successfully. His no nonsense approach is contagious and the athletes immediately want to work to a higher level. He doesn’t just recognize the individual’s strengths but indentifies their weaknesses. His ability to understand what is needed to make them better is what separates him from an ordinary trainer.
He has my highest recommendation and I wish him continued success in his training facility.”
